Lance and I participate in a Gourmet group. We get a chance to push and test our Culinary skills to the wall. The host picks the theme, decides on menu and assigns parts of the menu to the other participants. One gets an appetizer, a salad or soup, host does the main course and sides and someone gets the dessert. All of these dishes to go with the theme and must be made to the recipes assigned by the host. It was a very nice event and came with some funny little bumps in the road. One was getting the crawfish ready I put them in a tub and covered them with cold rags and went to take a shower. When I came out from the bedroom I screamed at the sight of crawfish crawling all over my house. Oh my! After gathering them all up and getting the crawfish boil underway the party was about to begin. Enjoy the photos!
